Mandi is a Government co‑educational institution offering BA, BSc, BCom, BA
Major in Geography, MA Geography and MA History, and is NAAC accredited. The
College aims to act as a rural higher education hub with a progressively
digital, student‑centric campus in line with NEP‑2020.
Vision and Mission
- Provide inclusive, affordable and quality higher
education to rural and semi‑urban students.
- Develop competent graduates and postgraduates in
Arts, Science, Commerce, Geography and History through ICT‑enabled,
learner‑centric teaching.
- Build a digitally enabled, environmentally conscious
campus that supports community engagement and lifelong learning.
Key Development Objectives
- Strengthen curriculum delivery with outcome‑based
education, smart classrooms and digital resources.
- Enhance mentoring, remedial support, career
counselling and competitive exam guidance for all students, especially
first‑generation learners.
- Upgrade classrooms, laboratories, library, sports and
Wi‑Fi to move towards a fully digital campus.
- Use IQAC‑driven, data‑based processes to sustain and
improve NAAC accreditation and overall quality.
